1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Creation and Security

Each user may hold only one registered account on dddjili. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts without refund.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Update your information promptly if it changes.
  • Keep your login credentials, including password and username, strictly confidential.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. dddjili will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

All users of dddjili agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools or bots.
  • Engage in money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity intended to defraud dddjili or other users.
  • Impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to access restricted parts of the system, reverse engineer software, or interfere with platform security.
  • Share your account with another person or allow third parties to conduct gaming activity on your behalf.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential legal action.

5. Payment, Transactions, and Philippine Peso Policy

All transactions on dddjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and QR Ph, subject to availability and applicable limits.

By initiating any financial transaction, you confirm that:

  • The funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of illegal activity.
  • You are the authorized owner of the payment method used.
  • All transactions are final once processed, except where an error or unauthorized transaction is confirmed through our verification process.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change. Processing times vary by payment method. dddjili reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to comply with applicable regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policies

  • Losses resulting from your own decisions, game outcomes, or misuse of your account.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

dddjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in suspected fraud, or used in connection with illegal activity. In the event of closure for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Accounts that are inactive for an extended period may also be subject to administrative closure.

7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
